David is a Naval Architect and Chartered Engineer with vast experience in the defence, automotive, software, printing, fast moving consumer good and manufacturing sectors.
David began his career managing the submarine build for the UK Nuclear Submarine Programme. He continued his career in consultancy working with companies such as Allied Dunbar, British Rail, GKN, Jaguar, Land Rover and many others before establishing Nixor Solutions using his unique experience in engineering, lean manufacturing, project management and software development.
Allan has led nuclear programmes on complex, high capital submarine and oil & gas projects for BAE Systems and Centrica.
He has developed and led high performing teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, construction and programme management. Allan’s practical leadership experience with his broad knowledge of business improvement, change management and culture change provides the unique understanding required for effective end to end processes and the teamwork needed to deliver them.
Ben has led multiple lean transformations working with PepsiCo, Toyota, Motor Manufacturing UK and BAE Systems and has acted as the Change Management Lead on significant ERP implementations.
Ben combines his experience as a thought leader within change management with his extensive knowledge of lean, change management and organisation development in an exceptionally engaging and inspirational way to support organisations through significant transformations.
Ben is in ‘The Manufacturer’s Top 100’ as an ‘Inspiring Leader’ and was also in the ‘Lean Top 25’ for practitioners across Europe.
Edward is an experienced Technical Director who has a strong history of delivering transformational IT solutions to a wide range of clients. He has a deep understanding of IT and communications systems with hands-on knowledge of running teams to deliver, maintain and support complex mission critical infrastructure requiring 24/7/365 availability.
Edward has a particularly strong understanding of working with companies in the nuclear sector having worked with a range of clients in Civil Nuclear for over 20 years.
